Join High Steel as we welcome special guests PA Secretary of Transportation Mike Carroll, Rob Buckley of Buckley & Company, and Debbie Ferraro, PE of Pennoni for a showcase of projects featuring the replacement of I-95 over Cottman Avenue and Central Access Philadelphia (CAP).
