Help for Internet Explorer 7 Users

If you have a username / password established for High FTP access, and the link will not open properly on your computer, try the following:

  1. In the menu bar, click View, then "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer"
  2. If that option is not visible, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab, and scroll to the "Browsing" section.  Make sure the checkmark is on for"Enable FTP Folder View (Outside of Internet Explorer)".  Click "OK", then try Step 1 again.
  3. If this doesn't resolve your problem, contact your IT department or email us for additional help.
